CoffeeLovers.gr cooperates with the leading companies in the field of courier services for the service of its customers and the immediate delivery of products throughout Greece & Cyprus. The delivery and pick-up methods are the following.

Delivery to your place with ACS Courier

The delivery time ranges from 24 to 48 hours, excluding inaccessible areas as defined by courier companies. For each order the cost is 3€ for all of Greece for a weight of up to 2 kg. For each additional kilo there is a charge of 0.80 euro for Attica & 1 euro for the rest of Greece. Cash on delivery (payment on receipt) is supported in this service. The cost of cash on delivery is 3€.

Delivery by arrangement

After you have completed your order, you can call us at 211-4089735 and contact one of our partners to arrange the way to receive your products. In any case, when your order comes in and we prepare it, we will also contact you on the contact phone number you gave us.

Available for shipments within Greece & Cyprus.

Pickup from our store

You can pick up your order from our store in Gazi Attica, Dekeleon 24 & Zagreos 17, 11854. As soon as we prepare your order, we will let you know so you can come and pick it up.

Payment Methods

The payment for the products you buy can be made in the following 4 ways:

  • Cash on delivery

Cash payment at the time of delivery of the products to the person who will deliver them to you. Maximum cash on delivery amount as defined by courier companies is €499.00

  • Deposit the money into a bank account (ideal for Web Banking users)

After you have deposited the amount, send us the copy of the bank payment order (scanned, the proof of deposit for Web Banking users) by email to info@coffeelovers.gr or contact us at 211-4089735 to inform us about the deposit.

Please, in case of a transfer from a different bank, choose Alpha Bank, otherwise it is necessary to bear ALL the transfer costs.

  • Payment by credit / debit / prepaid card

Our online store accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron and American Express cards. Your transactions in our online store are protected by online security systems (SSL-256 bit) which guarantee a secure trading environment.

In the (secure) order form, fill in all the necessary fields (card number, expiry date, CVV and issuing bank).

NOTE: We do NOT accept debit and credit card numbers over the phone for payment, and neither will any COFFEELOVERS employee ever ask for one.

Interest-free installments:

In case of payment by credit card, installments are available as follows:

Up to 6 interest-free installments for purchases of €300.00 and above.

  • Payment by PayPal

Finally, there is the option of paying for your order in the secure environment of PayPal. The process is very simple, after reaching the last step of your order you will be transferred through a new window to Paypal and you will be connected to your personal PayPal Account.

Cancellations – Refunds

The order is canceled in the following cases:

During the online ordering process and while you are at the “Checkout” you can press the “Empty your cart” button to delete the items you have added to your cart.

If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can call 2114089735 and one of our associates will take care of canceling your order.

After receiving the product, call us at 2114089735 or contact us through the contact form explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. One of our associates will serve you immediately and inform you about all your options.

Product returns

By making your purchases from coffeelovers.gr you have the right to return the products you have purchased and to request their replacement in the cases in which the wrong products or products of poor quality or defective products were sold due to proven fault of the store (error in receiving the order, in the invoicing, or in the shipment, products damaged in transit, with bad packaging, etc.).

In the above cases, the customer has the option either not to accept the receipt of the product or, after receipt, to return the product, within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery.

In any case, the products must be returned in the condition they were received by the customer, and the packaging of the product must be the one that accompanies the product and be in perfect condition. If they are not returned within 14 days, then our company reserves the right not to accept the return and replacement.

In addition, for all cases the product must necessarily be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retail Account, etc.), and it must necessarily have been previously agreed with the electronic our store.

Warranty & product replacement

All products are marked with the applicable warranty years. The warranty is only valid if it has been used well and the damage is due to hardware failure.
