Descaling of the Brewista Kettle 1.2L

Cleaning instructions

Remove the kettle from its base. Clean the outside of the kettle and its base with a damp soft cloth or sponge. The inside can be cleaned with a glass bottle cleaning brush if necessary. Clean the interior with dishwashing liquid and rinse thoroughly. Do not use strong alkaline cleaners. Allow the base and kettle to dry.

CAUTION: Never immerse the kettle or its base completely in water or any other liquid.

Desalination

Salt coating can affect the accuracy of temperature attainment and increase the heating time. To ensure maximum performance Brewista recommends desalting when salts are visible inside the kettle. Notes: Using vinegar may not remove all salts and may leave some odor in the kettle.

Brewista recommends the use of Cafetto™ Descaler.
