Compact and precise coffee analysis

The DiFluid Omix Plus Green Coffee Analyzer is a compact measuring device for precise coffee analysis. With the Omix, you can measure water activity, moisture content, density, and more. This Omix “Plus” variant can also measure the colour of the roasted coffee. These data help you monitor and improve the quality of your coffee. All collected data is stored on the device and can be exported via the DiFluid Café App.

Precise Measurements

The DiFluid Omix Plus provides accurate results for coffee values such as water activity, moisture content, density, particle size, expansion rate. It also measures room temperature, air pressure, and humidity in the room. Additionally, it measures the degree of roasting or the colour of the coffee in Agtron. The device identifies whether it is raw coffee, roasted coffee, ground coffee, parchment, or dried coffee fruits. Advanced sensor technology and automatic sample detection ensure quick and reliable data capture.

Easy Handling

The user-friendly touchscreen display presents all essential information clearly. You can take measurements directly and make adjustments immediately if needed, without having to make complicated settings.

Data Management and Analysis

With the DiFluid Café App, you can easily store, visualize, and analyze the collected data. The app also supports exporting data for further analysis.
