Combining tradition with innovation, Victoria3 incorporates the patented Pagaia electronic flow control system, empowering coffee enthusiasts with full creative control over extraction. With enhanced thermal stability, integrated LED lighting, silent operation, and redesigned components, it delivers consistent, repeatable barista-level results in a compact design.

Key Features & Innovations

 Pagaia Electronic Flow Control System:

 The ergonomic Pagaia lever lies at the heart of the machine, enabling manual modulation of pump power and real-time pressure shaping (0–100% pump power, 0–11 bar pressure range).

 270° Rotation: Rotate clockwise to increase pump power, flow rate, and pressure; counterclockwise to decrease down to 0 (pump OFF).

 1-Second Kick-Start: At the start of extraction, the pump performs a 1-second full power kick-start for immediate initiation, after which modulation becomes proportional to the Pagaia lever position.

 Three User Experiences:

1. Experience 01 – Automatic Profiles: 5-step automatic pressure profiling via an integrated electronic pressure sensor. Includes factory presets: “Lever Shot” (traditional declining pressure profile for an intense espresso) and “Modern Shot” (low-pressure pre-infusion at 2 bar, peak pressure, and controlled decline for a sweeter cup).
2. Experience 02 – Manual Customization: Customize all 5 steps (pressure from 0.0 to 10.0 bar in 0.5 bar increments, step duration, step skipping, blooming shots with 0.0 bar, and Shot Timer from 1 to 299 seconds).
3. Experience 03 – Freestyle Pagaia Experience: Live real-time extraction control. Activating the Pagaia lever automatically switches the LCC display to manual mode, showing real-time Pagaia position (%), real-time pressure (bar), and extraction timer.

 New LELIT58 Saturated Grouphead: Equipped with a stainless-steel heating element and fully compatible with all LELIT58 commercial-grade barista tools.

 Grouphead LED Illumination System: Integrated LED lights in the extraction area improve visibility and workflow precision. Menu-controlled via LCC settings with smart energy integration adapting to standby modes.

 LCC (LELIT Control Center): High-resolution graphic OLED display with updated software for full control over extraction parameters, shot timer, and temperatures (°C / °F).

 Ergonomic LELIT58 Portafilter & Tamper (Gem Geometry):

 New LELIT58 Portafilter: Features a circular cross-section handle with a metal core ending in an iconic pentagonal gem shape. The embedded metal weight provides superior balance and ergonomics when locking onto the grouphead, while the increased handle length offers more leverage with reduced effort. Robust construction facilitates easy coffee puck removal against the knock box rod.

 Authentic LELIT58 Tamper: Evolved from the original plastic tamper into a true LELIT58 metal tamper with a refined pentagonal gem geometry and solid wood handle, matching the machine’s material identity.
