The DiFluid R2 Extract Refractometer helps you determine exactly how much coffee extract is dissolved in your beverage. This is important for controlling the taste and strength of your coffee.<\/p>\n

This is how it works:<\/p>\n

  • Take a sample: Place a small drop of coffee on the measuring surface of the refractometer.<\/li>\n
  • Measure: The device shines light through the drop and measures how the light is refracted.<\/li>\n
  • Read the results: You will see the percentage extraction of your coffee on the display.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The DiFluid R2 Extract refractometer uses advanced digital refraction technology and is equipped with a carefully calibrated 2D CMOS image sensor, a micro-calibration layer and two temperature sensors.
