Eureka Mignon is a series of automatic grinders designed for home use. The Filtro version is specifically made for grinding coffee for pour-over brewing methods. This is the latest version, released in 2024. It is ideal for users of drip coffee makers, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, and various accessories for alternative brewing methods. This device is perfect for beginners. The grinder has compact dimensions, convenient grind size adjustment, and comes with a ground coffee container. The container is well-fitted, mess-free.

OPERATION
The grinder operates in continuous, manual mode. A button located on the side of the device starts and stops the grinding process.

GRINDING
The grinder is designed for grinding coffee for pour-over brewing methods. The grind size is adjusted using a convenient stepless dial with numerical markings. The grind is consistent and repeatable. The grinding is performed by a flat burr (latest version) made of hardened steel, with a diameter of 50 mm. The grinding speed is approximately 1.5 – 2.1 g/s.

CONSTRUCTION
The Mignon also boasts an excellent, eye-catching industrial design. The body is solid, well-fitted, and made of metal. The hopper has a capacity of 150 grams.
