Water Quality Control - Measuring Instruments & Analysers

Greece is a country with huge territorial differences morphologically. This rich geomorphology results in huge differences in water quality from region to region. So what water does each of us have? And for how long are we able to satisfy this question with absolute certainty?
Each region needs to be studied to arrive at the ideal solution, which requires regular monitoring. In any case, there are of course values regarding the quality of the water (total hardness & carbonate hardness i.e. calcium & magnesium salts content). These can form the basis for the professional to formulate, with the help of the solutions provided by science, the right water for the quality and taste of his coffee.

One framework in which we could initially move is to create a “recipe” for the water before using it to connect the espresso machines, filter machines, etc.
