This small bean roasting machine is for coffee lovers who want to explore more coffee flavours and aromas while enjoying freshly roasted coffee. The ease of use & the tasting result will surely impress even a demanding professional, who wants to prepare a small number of samples for tasting. The capacity of the drum of the Coffeelovers Micro Roaster machine, allows to roast manually small samples of 150gr up to a maximum of 500gr, while in the automatic from 300gr and up. The operator can choose from 9 profiles that can be played automatically, according to his preference or manually. Selecting the desired temperature for preheating the drum is very easy, while the preheating process is very short. In the case of manual control, the machine shows excellent behaviour in response to commands to vary the resistance in steps of 0%-100% with immediate response. The adjustment of the air speed via the autonomous motor from 30%-100% during the roasting cycle allows even greater consistency in profile management. The display shows the desired temperature for preheating, the current grain temperature when in the roasting cycle, there is a built-in timer which the operator commands at the start of the roasting cycle. Upon completion of the cycle, we can activate the cooling button to cool the beans. The cooling motor can bring the beans back to a temperature of 30°C within 5 minutes, just like in a professional machine. The COFFEELOVERS Micro Roaster roasting machine is recommended not to exceed 4-5 repeated cycles per day. Ideally for an excellent result, it is recommended to use 350 +/- 50g of green beans.
